                  Timing Device Bookings:

     The Timing Devices are available to the clubs free of charge.
   They need to be booked for trials through the guardians of the timing devices, no less than
three weeks prior to the trial, so as the guardians can make alternative arrangements if they
are not attending the trial in question ..
