Given the difficulty of accommodating the variety of Agility and Games
classes on the standard S.A.C.A. entry form, which is primarily designed
for Conformation, the Agility Advisory Committee has been granted permission
to use & promote the use of an Agility-specific entry form, which can be
downloaded from this page in both 'Word' and Excel' format.( see below).
This form provides two entries on a A-4 sheet of paper,
each of which must be trimmed to size before being submitted.
The acceptable size for each is to be 90mm x 270 mm
which is not the width or height of an A4 page:

printer settings need to be at 'current view' not 'fit to page'

Triallers are encouraged to use this format & Trial Secretaries
are encouraged to reject any forms which are incomplete, unsigned,
or which do not comply with SACA's requirements in any way.
While the blank format can be downloaded and filled in by hand,
they were designed to be completed electronically.
